Down the Up Staircase

Here's what Mr J of W2 had to say about the mission:

Mrs G called in to say a 'massive thank you' to the 'lovely people' who came to help her last night. She told us how much she appreciated it and said she 'doesn't know what she would have done without us!' Excellent emergency mission, guys!

Three runners, Orla (her first mission!), Jason and Lee-Ann, helped the lovely and very grateful Mrs G prepare for Mr J to come home from hospital. Undaunted by a steep narrow staircase, the runner made dozens of trips up and down to swap the furniture in the lounge on the ground floor with that of the bedroom on the first floor. The bed was disassembled upstairs and reassembled downstairs in a jiffy... and with no screws lost! It was a busy hour, but time flew by especially due to Mrs G's interesting stories.
