Area Activator Simon has been collecting clothing donations from various Goodgymmers last week (Thank you Nicky, Kat and Danny for your offerings) for Care4Calais, a London-based project supporting new residents in the UK.

Every Saturday, the teams meet up in Shoreditch Park for a friendly football match, circuit training exercises and walking groups. All being well, we are hoping to invite Goodgym runners to join in with them, once we have more freedom to do so!
