Don't stop 'retrievin', Hold on to that 'feline'

GG Woking take on the RSPCA and prove they won't stop until the job is done!!

What a fantastic turn out for tonight's group run at the RSPCA. Tonight we welcomed some new members - Tiffany, Lou, Cat, Jane , Simon and Hannah. It was great to have some new faces at Woking's GoodGym and what a great group run to begin your GoodGym journey. We also had the pleasure of meeting Peggy the dog.

So tonight we had a brand new task which took place at the RSPCA Millbrock Animal Centre. We had the job of cutting back the over grown brambles and weeds in the dog agility area. Equipped with tools we got to work. What a fantastic job everyone did and you could quickly see the difference. Everyone was so keen to get the whole area done and not leave a job half done they kindly sacrificed their bootcamp session and instead split into two groups so while one group carried on with the gardening the other group went out for a 1km loop of the surrounding fields. They then swapped over and then the job was done.

When they thought they has escaped a bootcamp session - No Such Luck! Benches by the ducks and a quick outdoor leg workout was smashed out.

NEW STARTING LOCATION FOR GOODGYM WOKING We are now going to be starting at Woking Leisure Centre for our group runs - Meeting outside the lesiure centre This will hopefully be easier for parking and still a great access around Woking.

THURSDAY HILL SESSION If you are keen to have a go at some hill training and fancy running the 4km loop.... it may sound short but trust me, you wouldn't want it any longer.
