Mrs L of TW7, mission beneficiary

Rap stars, Lil Kash & Seven Pence started their 2023 comeback tour on stage in Mrs L's back garden. The stage was overgrown with vegetation and the only tools they had to clean it up were their voices, their hands and a rusty saw that they found in the shed.

Over 90 minutes, Lil Kash & Seven Pence broke into a series of wrap battles against each other and also against the creeping branches and grape vines in Mrs L's back garden. The vines needed to be cut down to size, so cutting lines and cutting saws were called into action. Round 2 of the wrap battle was to bundle the vines up into waste bags, never to cover Mrs L's garden again.

Lil Kash and Seven Pence scored points by driving the crowd - Felix the cat - wild and the auditorium into raptures. They went longer and longer with their vines, not knowing where the far end of the branch they'd chopped would reach. At the start they were 2m long, then 3, 4 and 5m. With increasing length, each vine needed more skillful and witty attacks to thwart it.

By the end, Lil Kash & Seven Pence had cleared the stage and filled 11 bags with cuttings. More importantly, they each still had a notepadful of disses in reserve for a second visit to Mrs L and her troublesome vines.
