Dominos (like the game not the pizza)

I met Mrs S’s carers tonight, Janet and Susan who were putting Mrs S to bed for the evening. They were great- and even recommended a dish called callaloo which sounds delish.

And as soon as they left, I got down to asking Mrs S about her dog (questions were raised after my last visit with Mrs S) why is her dogs named Dominos rather than domino (plural over a singular) - Mrs S said she simply remembers Dominos better Why the name Dominos? After the pizza chain? - dominos is black and white, inspired by the game Dominos! Finally Mrs S told me that Dominos was a way better name than its previous name (he is a rescue dog). And after hearing it I agreed. I won’t say what that name was for fear of reprisal.

Lovely hour and a bit spent after work on a Friday after a few days cooped up WFH.
