Mission completed.
I had a relaxing bike ride, from Sonali Garden centre to Hackney Road.
Surprisingly, I was rewarded some chocolates and good vibes. One of the recipients said I was a good girl. That made my day.

Promoting health & well-being to people aged 50+
LinkAge Plus is an innovative for people aged 50+ living in Tower Hamlets. We work with people isolated and vulnerable adults to improve their well being and increase their social networks and opportunities. We offer one to one support, benefits advice. We deliver a weekly activities on site and off site. These include IT, Exercise, Film club, darts, coffee mornings, trips and more.
