Deep breaths and a history lesson

I found Ms W in a restless state this afternoon, when I visited her in her care home. All she wanted was to go home, and turned down my offers for a hot drink, or a chocolate eclair, or anything else that was available... I tried my best to calm her down, I suggested we took a few deep breaths together, and that helped. I knew all that yoga breathing I have practiced would come in handy one day! And then we started chatting and got talking about history and Henry the VIII's many wifes. I didn't know them all, and Ms W couldn't remember how many there were, so I resorted to the Internet. It was quite fascinating and Ms W calmed down and enjoyed my little read. Now, we know all about this subject, bring on "them" quizzes! 😁
