Dark Streets
3 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the Solihull Council in Solihull.

Last night Rob, Fiona and Chris were back running the street of Solihull.
We set off on one of our trusted routes that Chris made up a few months ago that includes, nice long straight roads you can either pace yourself on or really push for a new Strava segment PB, then to finish off with a nice hill sprint.
After pushing for new PB's and the hill rep, it was time to head back to base just as the rain started to come down, luckily it was a very light so didn't get too wet.
We will be back next week, hope to see you there.
