I asked Ms J if she'd managed to get out over the past week - she replied that she'd managed to get out a couple of times, which was great news.

Her latest outing was to have "her foot done" - I didn't get the chance to enquire further as to what procedure had been completed as she then went on to say it was now so much better that "if I saw an old lady dancing in the corner of the square out there" I'd know it was her...
