Cutting back weeds can be a thorny issue!

Jonathan and Danny ran to help Mrs. M with her garden. After being briefed and supplied with cutting tools the runners set about cutting back the thorny weeds that looked close to overtaking the whole garden.

Tying back her rosemary tree to offer more unobstructed space for Mrs.M to enjoy her garden, the runners helped tidy up the side of the house, cutting back the big bush that had all but blocked access and cleaned up some further muck and weeds.

Both runners also chatted with Mrs.M during the task and learnt a lot about her love of her garden.
