I went round to change Ms R's curtains. Unfortunately when I got them down, we discovered she only had one of the new ones! So I had to put the old ones up again.

Ms R's sink was also blocked. I went to get a plunger to try and unblock it. Unfortunately I failed there too, but we had a nice time chatting nonetheless!
