Cupboard love
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Dan and Ruth met at in East Dulwich
They got straight to work clearing out the cupboard under the stairs and then re-purposed some shelves from there into kitchen storage. Then is was back to repacking the cupboard.
It was then onto the challenge of assembling the small flat pack item.
A nice indoor mission on a snowy Saturday, two satisfied runners and one happy Miss D who really enjoyed the company.
