It’s the third time I’ve been to Ms M’s to help sort out IT issues with her; as with the previous visits it took far longer than it could have done as we spent so much time chatting and laughing - in other words, it was exactly the right amount of time for the mission. We both had such a lovely time!

Today’s help was around resetting her iPad thumb print, working out where her Ring doorbell videos went if she downloaded them and reconnecting her laptop to her internet and doing an upgrade on it.

It was one of my favourite GG visits.
