Crossing the border
6 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km on a training session in Oxford.

A few bleary eyed Goodgymers met at Redbridge park and ride to venture to Severn Bridge for a jaunt across the bridge.
It was Henry's very first parkrun and after a few parking and toilet fiascos we set off along the bridge.
The parkrun course was lovely! An out and back along the bridge finishing in a tunnel full of awesome graffiti!
As usual we then went and had delicious breakfast!
