Roberta and Sheila helped out at Nature's Haven Community Garden. Our task was to create a support for a cherry tree which will be trained in a fan shape against a wall. We stretched some wire between eyelets which Jack and Sheila had previously set into the wall. That proved to be the easy bit! We then needed to attach bamboo canes to the wire in a fan shape. Easier said than done. We managed to attach 2 canes, but quickly realised that we need 2 more sets of wires higher up, as well as some longer canes, so had to leave the job for the next session
