COVID- 19 clinic telephone calls to patients

This mission was so rewarding. The NHS asked me if I could call patients from cohort 1-4, to book them into the clinic for their vaccination. I was given a script and short training session on how to use the NHS database and phone systems. The first call was a bit nerve racking, but after that initial call it was fine. Within the six hour duration an abundance of calls were made, bookings confirmed and patients reassured.
