9 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help their local community in Bexley.

So tonight there was a change of plan due to wet weather 💦
The planned task of painting doors outside was put on hold and instead we done a substantial run to meet Nick at the tunnel to do litter picking! Luckily it had stopped raining and we managed to avoid the puddles 💧
As usual there was a variety of litter in and around the foot tunnel for us to pick up. Then it was time for our sit off!
We got in a squat position on the wall, then ran to the front person in a relay. We wanted to keep moving!
This proved difficult for some Goodgymers! We continued litter picking all the way back to the Crook Log Sports Centre.
