1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Waltham Forest.

I was short of time so jumped on my bike for a 4km cycle to this mission to help Ms K with some groceries in Walthamstow. I nipped into Co-op not long before closing, and was able to get most things on Ms K’s shopping list, with some change to spare. Thanks to the friendly staff for their help!
