Find out about GoodGym TaskForce

GoodGym central posted a mission request on Friday morning to pick up some medication for Mr M for later in the day and so with nothing in the diary was happy to help. My map app assured me the route from home to Kings Cross was "mostly flat", so was a good opportunity to go for a decent run too...

Fortunately the pharmacy had Mr M's meds (although one item they couldn't provide), so once I'd correctly navigated the social distancing measures inside Boots, picked them up easily enough from the pharmacist (who knew Mr M well) and then a gentle jog to Mr M's flat where he was waiting. We agreed a drop off point in the basket of his mobility scooter, and once I'd explained the one missing med, mission was complete and with a thumbs up from Mr M was time to head back home.

(Only on the run home did I remember I hadn't taken a photo, so the picture above is at the top of the hill (thanks map app...) leaving Kings Cross heading homewards.)
