Cistern of a down

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Wandsworth.

Today Oliver and I went to help Mr R with something he's not been able to fix.

The mission was set up focused on a bedroom window - we were told it needed screwing back in. On examination, we quickly realised that the brackets were rather more broken than thought, and a professional job would be required.

We then cast our attention to something which had been added to the task on confirmation - a loo seat in need of attention. On inspection and talking to Mr R, we realised it wasn't a seat issue, but a seal issue - one of the pipes linked to the cistern had developed a bit of a leak and Mr R wanted some sealant applied to it. Oliver hopped down and busied himself doing that while I provided him with inspirational support, and Mr R with great toilet chat.

Before long we were done, and headed off!

Mission accomplished!

Well done on fixing the loo gents! We'll let the referrer know about the window.
