Chord you let us out now?

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Me and Ellie arrived to a very swanky looking care home ready to move a bed for Mr J. While admiring the wide corridors and open spaces, the nurse leading us to the room was even telling us about their Oomph Chair Aerobics class which sound super fun! We were both ready to sign up to move in but, alas, we were sliiiiiightly too young.

Anyway, once we'd gotten over our dismay, we quickly got to work dismantling Mr J's bed ready for his new one to be installed - ready for his return from hospital. It was only Ellie's second mission, but she's already a furniture moving pro!

With the job finished, we had to pull the chord to let reception know to collect us. No chair aerobics done, but bed manoeuvring sorted.
