Iram and Steph Ducat met at Mr J for some decluttering together. First mission for Iram - welcome to the Missions Team!!!His wife passed away some years ago and he needed some help to declutter his flat. Was going to ring the bell but we didn't know if it wood- work as look broken and old piece of paper on wall with bell not working. It didn't work but our phones did. Once in, we started to declutter in the lounge with some rubbish, old or empty boxes of painkillers, back pain creams, old tapes, CD's, DVD's, Xmas cards but also many tools. We found out that Mr J was a carpenter and kept a lot of his tools and to top it up it was traditional manual tools. He was chiseling out of joy just by talking about his crafting. We also found dried up rubber bands, cellotape, pens, books etc Then Mr J wanted to get rid of some frames and old African drums that have dried out and the strings plus skin had not aged and lived their time. We filled 2 massive black bags on top of the old drum and a massive whiskey bottle.
