On a very chilly evening (while I was secretly wishing for snow) I went for a walk to collect a prescription from a local pharmacy to Ms F and deliver it to her house. I also popped the rubbish out for her and headed home. The fresh walk was just the medicine I needed to start the weekend. Sorry no red top on display as it was too many layers downs.
