Wow.

This coach’s main carer is so inspiring. He was endlessly grateful, accommodating and sincere. He had that special voice (We spoke on the phone to sort out the shopping list!) that made you feel empowered. The coach’s carer wanted to surprise the coach with a roast for Easter. So my task was to find a leg of lamb...

I am a vegetarian and don’t know much about meat but luckily know the difference between lamb, beef, chicken and pork....

I went into three places and lamb must be the Easter favourite as it was nowhere to be seen. I searched for a butchers - the queue was 30 + people... I spoke to the carer and luckily the carer was very grateful for any meat so I went back to a shop that I was certain had chicken... so hopefully they will all enjoy their roast chicken!!

When I dropped it off. The carer spoke out of the top window and I could feel his gratitude - it brought a tear to my eye.
