I went and visited Mr S to check he is doing okay and whether he needs any help with shopping or anything else. He doesn't have a phone so didn't know I was coming, he wasn't too keen to chat but understood what I was doing there and confirmed he was doing okay. It was a very brief visit but I hope it at least let him know there are people out there who care and can help if he needs it.
