On a lovely summer's evening in Stockwell, two runners met up to shift an old chair for Mr T so that his new fancy (and inflatable!) hospital chair could be moved in. After a walk up three flights - and feeling happy we were going to have to move the furniture down and not back up- we found the chair in question, and got stuck in to removing the cushions and sizing up the doorframe. Luckily Paul is skilled in the art of Tetris, and we managed to squeeze it out and down the stairs with no trouble at all. All that was left to do was shift over the new chair into the right spot, and job was a good 'un! There was a quick stop for a selfie before Paul went off for a speedy 5k and a colourful game of touch rugby, and I headed for a night with GoodGym Hounslow. Nice one!
