Ms G and I hadn’t shared a cuppa for over a year due to Covid, although as she’s my GG “coach”, we’d still chatted on the phone each week. We therefore agreed to meet up at last in her home, as she’s unable to walk (suitably masked up of course).

I’d planned our meeting down to the “tea”! Instead of a bottle of bubbly to celebrate, I took her a helium balloon shaped like a bottle. I’d also found out she was partial to jam doughnuts (or “duffnuts”) as she called them. So we tried to eat them without licking our lips, which was a laugh (failed miserably though!) Ms B had also lost her little dog during Covid so we had a chat about how she was getting on.

So a good visit and happy chats all round, nice to be back to “normal” 😁
