1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Hounslow.

Mr R urgently needed cat food for some very picky cats and some other groceries, as well as a prescription for his wife collected. Luckily the bulk of the rain held off as I jogged between shops! He was grateful for any help he received and said he was apologetic about any queues.
