After a misplaced prescription I was very pleased that the helpful pharmacy staff went to the doctors and the correct medication was located. Finding myself outside Mrs S’s I challenged myself with the complicated door system and rang her! Well I thought it went well ..... until I pulled on the door and nothing happened. 2nd time lucky I worked out how to use the door by the very handy instructions on the wall all along. Mrs S was so thankful and after a little natter I am pleased to say... mission complete!
