Carry on running

Last was meant to be the first of many visits this year to Trinity Road residents group, unfortunately due to some residents coming down with Covid and, moreover, the unexpected rain we had, this task was cancelled.

Not put off by this, Chris, Fiona and Rob still went out for a run to keep the km's up for the week, going on one of our new routes from the previous month, even finding a bench along the way to grab a quick breather before pushing on back to base up which included a hill sprint for good measures.

Once back, there was just enough time for a quick stretch off before going in side for a well-earned rest.

We will be back next week hopefully at Trinity close providing everyone is well again, hope to see you there.
