Carpet Diem
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Ana and I arrived at Mr Es house and were quickly put to work by his daughter.
We had to remove a load of rolled up carpet, a box of rubbish and a sofa. All of it going outside ready for the council to collect.
We made quick work of it and we're all done in 15 mins.
After we said our goodbyes and headed home.
