Today was my second mission for Goodgym and again it was a great experience!
Mrs A was lovely and extremely grateful for the help to get her some shopping.
She seemed in really good spirits and said she'd definitely reach out for help again.
I also managed to tick off my 5km challenge, wave to a good friend of mine as I ran past her flat and see some lovely support for Captain Tom Moore.
