On a sultry Wednesday night 7 Goodgymers met at Charlton house for our task helping out at the gardens of the National Maritime Museum archives. Full of energy, we warmed up and ran over to the task but, oh no - disaster, the task organiser wasn’t waiting for us and we couldn’t proceed!

Undaunted, the evening turned into a training session in a nearby park, with Sara putting us through our paces with some aerobic and strengthening exercises, include some impressive planking and some yogic recovery, that must have looked to all passers by like we were practicing sheltering from a bomb attack.

The session complete we made our way sadly back to Charlton house for a stretch before wondering off into the sunshine.
