After a litter pick warm up, 8 GG runners met at Grow Well Project in Ely to clear an area for the new new shelter and lay the foundations for a relaxation garden.

Without any hesitation at all, 6 runners grabbed some spades and forks and got stuck in, knowing they needed to dig deep to achieve this.

Meanwhile, the other 2 runners knuckled down and prepared the soil to plant some onion bulbs. This was no unfeasible task for our 2 runners as GGC&V know their onions (and garlics).

While our runners were completing the task at hand, a little birdie told us this was our very own Nathan's 100th good deed. Well done Nath, great accomplishment!!! Another milestone achieved in our last week of the January challenge!

Within no time at all, onion bulbs had been planted in abundance and the land had been cleared and terraced for a relaxation space for plant life. The task had been completed for now... but we never know when a GG runner is needed again! Watch this space.
