Great to see 8 GoodGym members come out from the Shelter of the Storm for their weekly dose of fitness.

Come rain or shine we knew a few wouldn’t mind getting Wet Wet Wet

With a nice warm up planned, the team were Singing in the Rain as we started our easy run, tempo run, easy run technique to the Rugby grounds.

With no Umbrella to keep them dry, they embraced the run challenge. Little did they know we had more fitness work planned!

A few arm movement techniques thrown in for good measure, I’m sure I even heard some Laughter in the Rain!

Next onto the cone challenge, with short bursts of different exercises at each coloured cone, even Stormski couldn’t squat like Jean, whilst others were going mad like AC/DC and burning some energy like Lightning Strikes!

I did have to ask Why does it always rain on me?! But I know not to be disheartened by the weather in the UK.... I quite like it when a few Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head

Next we did some agility work! Working on our speed skill and movement skills. Some of the team were going crazy like it was Raining Men But it was only Ricky tonight ... don’t know where the rest of the blokes are these days??

Then came the strength work. Lunges sets to prepare those legs for all the techniques we learnt! We were like Riders in the Storm by the time we finished!

Great effort everyone... not sure I mentioned the weather in the report but we got drenched.... back to Ricky next week.
