Mr S’ Canon printer wasn’t working, he is partially sighted so couldn’t sort it out himself. It took a while to sort out the problem - but a combination of untangling and checking wires, replenishing the paper and checking the settings on his PC seemed to do the trick and Mr S was able to print his shopping list out.
