I had a slight concern as I walked the length of the Edgware Road to get to Tesco's to pick up something for Ms D that, for once, the world's politest supermarket had let me down on, that the chilled/dairy products in her shopping bag might not like being exposed to this morning's bright sunshine...I found myself willing every traffic light to change so I could get across into the shade as quickly as possible.

Fortunately the butter didn't melt in the sunshine as I discovered when Ms D asked me to be put all the chilled items into her fridge - as always she was so very grateful for the help, and is seemingly re-adapting well to her old/new surroundings.
