4 Goodgymers started their Christmas day bright and early with a festive Parkrun.

Allan and Janet attended their local Parkrun in Coventry Memorial Park, whilst Nigel and Katherine joined 800 other runners at Poole Parkrun whilst visiting family over Christmas.

Janet wins the prize for most festive outfit - check out those leggings!

Looking forward to supporting at Warwick Racecourse parkrun on New Year's Day!
