We met at Leytonstone station so that we can jog a long way to the task and get a bit of running done!

once we crossed the road we noticed a very dazed fox sitting in the middle of the pavement really not looking very good:( we didn't quite know what to do - I asked some friends and the woman that lives in the area and is part of fox charity was away so couldn't come but the fox wasn't there later which is a good sign!

After that mini drama we carried on jogging, doing a loop to whipps cross, lea bridge rd and then down and around to the care home!

Once we arrived, we were given the tools and daffodils bulbs so we got to it! As it was just the two of us, we worried we wouldn't achieve much but we actually managed to plant two bags worth of spring bulbs whilst putting the world to rights:) Still a few bags left so will setup some other slots to come and help.

Great evening running, chatting and planting!
