Mission

Bright eyed and bushy tailed

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Cardiff.

Saturday, 12th of January 2019

In true January Challenge spirit, Amy and Aimee made their way to the home of Mrs V. after the parkrun and plogging community mission. Mrs V had some shrubs in the back garden that had overgrown and were blocking the path. She told us which shrubs needed to be cut down and pointed us towards the tools. We set to work completing the task and even found time to trim some vines that had grown over one of the out buildings. We chatted with Mrs V. briefly before leaving and learned that she was one of eleven children! All in all a great, two-good-deed Saturday.
