Break fast ...

Tracey and Gwyn got together with the crowd at David Denton's Derby Midweek Series Race 6. This is a series of races (1 mile and then 5k) attended by fast runners (and us!) on a flat and fast course. It's an eye opener to look at the results! It's always a pleasure seeing the organisers and having a chat, though the running is competitive! Only Tracey ran the mile at 19:00, and enjoyed it. We were slower than normal by 2 minutes on the 5k today, but they started 2 minutes early so that we finished at the normal time!
