An enjoyable but chilly journey over to Ms R, a lovely pregnant lady keeping safe inside, we had a nice chat across the door and garden gate whilst Ms R double checked she had everything she needed on the list.

Tescos was a short ride away but a bit of a queue and quite cramped inside, I'm relieved Ms R is able to stay away and still get her essentials. Unlike my usual personal trips to the shop this time Tesco had everything Ms R was after, including the all important soap! I loaded up the bicycle and was back with her in 30 minutes.

Ms R was very grateful that she could turn to GoodGym and full of thanks, keep it up everyone!
