Birthday shandy for my centurion

I worked an early shift as a nurse at the hospital and one of my patients turned 100 and so we decorated the need space and sung happy birthday.
She told me she would love a birthday shandy so after my shift I went home, got all the bits togeather and got the doctor to agree she could have a birthday tipple to celebrate turning 100. (Delivered a little care package to a fellow nurse so I actually got a decent walk out of my good deed too)
