Best Park Run Time This Year!

Well OK so its our only Park Run time this year but the point is we got up on New Years Day and did it! Such a beautiful day for a fun run with nice people. 251 people made it out to Valentines Park Run today, 3 of them from Good Gym Redbridge. It was so good of James and Dharmesh to hang about after their run to cheer Linda on to the finish, you have got to love how Good Gym people support each other. HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL
