3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hounslow.

After catching up on the Ham Lands community mission on Saturday morning, Kash, Sevan and JP we’re back together on Sunday to move a bed down from the bedroom to the lounge for Mrs S’s return from hospital.
Removing the armchairs from the lounge presented a bit of a challenge but we rose to it and made space for the bed. The bed itself caused us no difficulties and soon enough the room was ready for Mrs S.
