There was a shortage of volunteers today so it was necessary to get stuck into serving lunch for a change. Despite being a little quieter than usual the beanz ran out and there was a surplus of mushrooms; with fish and chips (?) - certainly important to help with achieving 5 a day!

Ace of Clubs provides support for homeless and vulnerable people in the Clapham area. Volunteers are allocated a range of tasks, from making tea/coffee and handing out groceries to necessary manning the desk and filing the post.
