Barry's bin talking about GoodGym

4 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km to help their local community in Cardiff.

After helping out at Ms O's house with some gardening we could not resist a litter pick

4 of us, armed with bags went litter picking around the streets of Barry. In what was approximately 20 minutes 2 bags of rubbish were collected!

A lovely lady pulled over and stopped her car to ask us who we were and thanked us for helping out the Barry community - We were pleased to introduce ourselves as GoodGym runners committed to making a positive difference.

Whilst we were all collecting rubbish, Ben was throwing out some trashy puns relevant to each piece of litter collected... Picking up a can of Strongbow off the floor Ben said "Some man tried running at me with a sword, but I had nothing to fear for I have a Strong Bow".

We also bumped into Barry the talking Bin... Here he is:
