Bag, tag army
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the St George's Harbour Church and Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

This week 2 goodgymers and 3 peeps we need to sign ASAP helped out at the foodbank. We weighed, sorted, lifted and packed over 20 food parcels with some theatrical lighting in the stock room and big courgettes on the swap table. The foodbank can be a sobering place with lots of our local people in need and it feels so important to bring a bit of goodgym cheer and enthusiasm to the day!
