After breaking out the sun cream, loading up on water and tracking down a running hat, it was a quick 5km run in the glorious morning heat to Ms F’s in Camberwell. With a shopping list and cash in hand, I went in search of Morrisons and managed to get everything on the list, including some fresh strawberries (which looked delicious). Then it was back home at a slightly slower pace (it was uphill after all and the sun was blazing after all)!
