Firefighters were outside Ms J's building when we arrived, but they were just advising people to keep their windows shut as there had been a small gas leak nearby.

Ms J was very welcoming and told us how she's been reading a book featuring a Tabitha so it must be sign! She then showed us the net curtains we needed to take down. Some of them were on the landing and needed a step ladder, so she wise to ask for help rather than try and do this by herself.

We quickly took them down and as we had time to spare, we even replaced her toilet seat for her, as she'd just bought a brand new one.

Mission (and extra) accomplished.
